Important information to help your appointment run smoothly.

Balance payments
A 30% payment of your balance is due before your appointment, and the remaining balance is due 24 hours before your appointment. Final pricing and payment arrangements are confirmed personally for each booking.

Cancellations
Please contact AB as soon as possible if your plans change. Any booking-specific cancellation terms will be shared before confirmation.

Lateness
Please arrive or be ready at the agreed time. There is a 15-minute grace period for lateness — after that, your appointment may be cancelled. Late starts may also reduce the time available for your service.

Travel
AB is North London based and offers private appointments at her studio and mobile makeup services where AB comes to you. A standard £10 travel fee applies if you're local to AB; for locations further afield, additional travel fees apply. The exact amount is confirmed before your appointment.

Client preparation
Please arrive with clean skin unless AB advises otherwise, and share any allergies, sensitivities or relevant skin concerns beforehand.

Photography & content
Permission will always be requested before identifiable images are used for portfolio or social content.
